Jesus redefined what it is to be a man. Through His life of love, humility and obedience to the Father’s will- as the perfect man, Jesus has set the greatest example for men of all nationalities and ages to look up to.

At F5 Refresh, we welcome men of all walks of life to gather together, encounter God’s presence and be transformed into His image. It is our hope that whatever season of life, the men of our fellowship will be able to enjoy spiritual renewal, stepping into their calling and revitalised in their walk with Jesus.
