Our Leadership Team

	Robyn and Paul Baxter Paul and Robyn, senior pastors at F5, have had many years of leadership in local churches. They came to F5 as part of the original church planting team. They very soon began the F10 group which meets every Monday morning at Mandelson’s Guest House. Robyn and Paul have been married for 49 years and have 2 lovely daughters and 6 wonderful grandchildren.
	Gill Varcoe Rev Canon Gill Varcoe has been in ordained parish and chaplaincy ministry (deacon and priest) in the Anglican Diocese of Canberra and Goulburn since 1987. She is licensed as ‘missioner-at-large’, doing renewal work in congregations, and is the bishop’s chaplain for charismatic expressions of ministry. She is an associate of the UK renewal organisation ReSource, and has also ministered in Africa, the Solomon Islands and the Philippines.
	Sally Cullen Rural Chaplain, tutor, teacher, fashion stylist and business owner, Sally wears many hats. On Sunday night she is usually found at the F5 name tag and information table exercising her powers of remembering everyone’s name. Originally from a farm in Laggan, Sally lives in Crookwell and works in Binda, Bigga, Markdale, Crookwell, Goulburn and Gunning and spends lots of time listening to audio books in the car in between.
	Mick and Angela Hookham Mick and Ange have lived in Goulburn for over 17 years and have been involved in leadership at Rocky Hill Church since its inception. They have been  married for 10 years and have 3 teenagers. Mick has a passion to teach the Word of God and is currently studying at St Mark’s Theological College in Canberra. Ange has a passion for prayer ministry and both have a pastor’s heart, seeking God to build a genuine community of faith-filled believers.
	Don & Ruth Elder Married at Christ Church 2001 Don has 3 children,8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Ruth, Daughter and husband John. Don was a teacher of fitting and machining, Ruth in hospitality. Don enjoys art, we both enjoy reading and fellowship with friends. Have been active members of Christ Church Goulburn for 17years,Don a warden for 6 years and Synod rep. In 2016 We both joined the F5 team and thoroughly enjoy the fellowship. We both are involved in pastoral care, the running of play group “Little Sheep”& other F5 groups. In 2001 We both had a vision of Jesus ,which changed our lives completely for the better.
	Debbie Walsh Debbie has worked in various Anglican Church ministry units within the Goulburn region providing administration and finance services for almost 15 years. Debbie and her husband Jack have been married for 30 years and have 3 adult daughters and 2 wonderful grandchildren whom they both enjoy spending there downtime with.
