How lovely it was to see so many of you at F5 on Sunday, even though the rain poured down. I think they were Showers of Blessing for us all!!
Sally spoke to us about Waiting and not being impatient in our daily Christian walk. God’s promises are fulfilled in our lives if we are willing to wait and spend time with Him.
This Sunday night Paul will be leading and doing music and Robyn will be preaching.

Don’t forget! If God has done something special for you, or if He has blessed you in a particular way, we’d love to hear about it. Let Robyn know!
We put these in each week to remind you of the ways you can practically pray for our fellow members of F5 and our wider community.
- Those who are unwell or going through difficult times.
- Especially: Jim, who is very unwell, Gordon, Penny, Ivan and Alison and for Gill who has had a nasty fall in the church car park
- Pray for Denise and Grant on their cruise around the islands
- Pray for all members of our governments that they will make wise decisions
- For the coming NSW state elections and the Federal elections
- For those impacted by drought, flood, earthquakes, fire and other natural disasters. We especially remember the people of New Zealand and African cities where people have been killed for their faith.
- For those who are homeless and hungry and for those who provide services to them including Anglicare and Baptist care.
- Sally and the Binda Parish churches, Gill with the Marulan church and with her new duties in Goulburn, Ken and Karen at Collector. Pray also for other clergy in our local churches. Pray for the selection for new clergy in Goulburn and for Ross and Ally Hathway as they prepare to retire.
- For Robyn and Paul as they pastor F5 and F10.
- For the work in Kisoro. Thank God for the finance for 3 new houses.
- Little Sheep and 3D Kids team members, the children and their families.
- Weekly activities of F5 Refresh Ministries (see below)
- Pray for Mick and Jen, for the SRE teachers and schools of this region. Pray for favour in the schools and continued financial support of SRE.
- For Mick and Ange, and Rocky Hill Church (and especially Mick as he recovers from detached tendons in his leg)
- Pray for Geraldine as she leads the Ladies Bible Study
- For the pastoral care workers in our hospitals
- Pray for Rev Dr Mark Short, elected as our new Bishop and for Bishop Trevor as he continues working in the diocese.
- Pray for all those people who are persecuted because of their faith. Many churches all face persecution.
- For our outreach through the Walk of the Cross on Good Friday.

The Voice of the Martyrs presents the inspiring new movie Tortured for Christ, a cinematic retelling of the testimony of VOM founder Pastor Richard Wurmbrand as written in his international bestseller Tortured for Christ. This movie was produced to honour the 50th anniversary of the book’s 1967 release. Filmed entirely in Romania, including in the very prison where Pastor Wurmbrand endured torture and solitary confinement, this powerful film uniquely presents the story with live action rather than interviews. The dialogue is presented in English, Romanian and Russian (with English subtitles) to hold to the authenticity of this true story. Presented by Pastor Peter Rahme.
Plus: A book review of Kelvin Crombie’s book “Israel, Jesus and Covenant”. Reviewed by Rev Ross Poulton.
